Located in the riverside suburb of Shelley, our spacious and well wooded grounds encourage students to explore and engage with the natural environment. We have a long history of commitment to supporting students to learn sustainable ways of thinking and being. Engagement in the River Rangers program, battery recycling and containers for change are just three of the programs we support to ensure students learn to care for our world.

We have embraced digital technologies across the school with students having access to tablet, laptop and robotic technologies. Our STEM program achieved another success in 2021 when some of our Year Five students won “Best STEM Entry Overall” in the Curtin University Game Changer Awards.

With specialist programs in Visual Arts, Music, Physical Education, German and Digital Technologies we offer a range of programs to meet the needs of all learners. Having an onsite early childhood centre and before and after school care we offer a complete service to our community.

Parent and community engagement is strong at our school with a future-focused school board and an active P&C ensuring community involvement in school programs and decision making. Research demonstrates that a strong school-parent partnership enhances student learning. Our school has a tradition of working closely with parents and carers.
